Mark B. Neiding, President of Chemical Pack Services

Mr. Neiding has been in the environmental cleanup business for 24 years. Mark has extensive experience managing labpack, bulk waste, remedial and clandestine lab cleanup projects.
Over the last 24 Years, Mark has experience in identifying wastes, unknown characterizations, proper packing and transportation of labpacks, reactives/explosives, bulk wastes and controlled substances.
For the past 10 years, Mark has been President of Chemical Pack services which was formed with principal owners of Chemtron Corp. to specifically focus on the expertise of identifying, segregating, proper packaging and disposal of waste per EPA and RCRA guidelines.
For the past six years, Mr. Neiding has been the point of contact (POC) for Chemical Pack Services contracts and blanket purchase agreements (BPA) with the Drug Enforcement Administration(DEA). Mark has been involved in every aspect of clandestine lab cleanup, from the initial response call to the final reporting. He is integrally involved with the communication and reporting responsibilities to the various agencies involved including federal, state and local levels.

Stephen J. Germusa

Mr. Germusa is the chemist for CPS/FEC and has been with the company for over 16 years. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Senior Level and is trained in OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations. Mr. Germusa is a Pennsylvania State University honor graduate with a B.S. in Chemistry. His emphasis dealt with analytical chemistry, earning him the Fleming-Meyer Award. In addition Mr. Germusa tutored students in Alcoa's "Freshman in Science and Engineering interest house" at Penn State.

William C. Krasienko

Mr. Krasienko is a Senior Field Technician for CPS since 2002. He has served in the United States Marine Corps, where he was an Explosive Ordinance Demoliion/Aviation Ordinance expert. He has worked in the environmental field since 1989. He was employed by Chemtron Corporation for 13 years where he worked as a plant operator, remedial services supervisor, and transportation manager. Mr. Krasienko has been trained in OSHA, EPA and DOT regulation, Cleveland State University.

Joseph E. DeWitt Jr.

Mr. DeWitt is a Senior Field Technician for CPS sinc 2004. He retired a senior non-commissioned officer in the United States Air force where his primary duties were pesticide management and hazardous waste operations. He managed the hazardous waste storage facility for Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. He developed and taught lesson plans for hazardous waste management for installations in Guam, Japan, and Korea. Mr. DeWitt was trained as a first responder and was the environmental representative to the base spill response team. Mr. DeWitt has been trained in OSHA, EPA, DOT, and IMDG regulations.

Michael A. Neiding

Mr. Michael Neiding is a Field Technician for CPS. He has worked in the labpacking field since 1987 and has experience in waste packaging, profiling, processing and providing technical support to a wide variety of clients. Mr. Neiding is trained in OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations as well as hazardous waste operations and emergency response.

Jacqueline Neiding

Jacqueline Neiding has worked in the environmental field for 22 years as an Administrative Office Manager and Accountant. Jackie has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Jackie currently oversees all administrative functions for Chemical Pack Servics such as job scheduling and status, preperation of paperwork and the coordination of project management. For the CPS/DEA contract all job paperwork and billing is managed by Ms. Neiding.
